March 2nd, 2013, the 21st Annual “A Tribute To Women In Color” (ATWOC) event will be held. The annual event was recently featured in the Anne Arundel Patch and as mentioned in the article, the annual event honors local high school students, “. . . who contribute to the community and are successful academically.” This year, 29 students will be honored at the March 2nd event, which will be held at La Fontaine Bleue in Glen Burnie.
