About Us
The YWCA is the oldest and largest multicultural women’s organization both locally and throughout the world. Our mission is to eliminate racism and empower women. This is accomplished in a number of ways through the implementation of innovative, effective and inspiring programming.
Since 1918, The YWCA of Annapolis and Anne Arundel County has been impacting the lives and experiences of women and children in our community through an ever-evolving array of services. Whether it be social, educational, emotional or recreational, the YWCA provides programming that best meets the many facets that make a woman whole.
